Check the speed of your connection by using the SETTINGS option. You will need a constant minimum speed of a 56k dial up connection however the faster your connection, the better quality of video and audio quality we can give you.
First try temporarily switching off your Norton or Norton Spam filters. If you experience constant buffering or streaming errors, go to the settings option at the bottom left of the player and select a lower bitrate setting, then click 'confirm'. If that does not help, select a different server from the media servers drop-down list, then click 'confirm'. This will stream your content from a different server, which may be less busy.
Firewalls can stop or slow down the speed of your connection. Configure them to open the relevant ports to enable streaming or contact your IT support. click here
